Phoned in today and was able to be seen very quickly. I have been registered to this GP for a few years and it always seemed like the receptionist wasn't very helpful and rude, but today actually there were two different ladies at the reception and they were both very helpful, so I decided to give the GP surgery 5 star review, for them and for the doctor and nurse I saw today: Thank you!!

I've been calling them every day since thu, so I can get my medication.. the hospital gave them the prescription, and no one knows if its at the chemist.. I cannot eat till I have theses meds. The reception is unsure of what's happening.. I just want to be able to eat....

Nurses are great doctors are great reception staff are great everything is great. Treated with up most respect and dignity. Cater very well for the disabled everything on ground floor.
Care quality commission gives this surgery overall good and excellent in two areas, so it speaks for itself.

Haven't been able to see a doctor yet, phoned today in an attempt to make an appointment. Receptionist came across as rude and impatient when we were trying to ask basic questions. Hopefully the experience with the doctor will be better.

It used to be the best, but the new booking system has been a pain, and I no longer get notified of when my prescription is ready! Awful service 🙄😭

I just want to point out how lovley the staff appear to be at this surgery. I moved to papworth from cambourne and although I've only seen one doctor and two nurses at papworth they where all so lovley. In particular murial who was sooo lovley when I was being rediculas over having a jab. She didn't make me feel like i was being a baby (at 29 years old) she was so kind and supportive. I absolutely hate going to the doctors usually but today I actually enjoyed it there kindness made my day 🙂

Service is appalling, pharmacy is slow and unorganised. Always a queue.
