I had a very positive experience.
Location easy to find, with ample parking.
Was made to feel very welcome and wasn't kept waiting too long either.
Was dealt with initially a very approachable Doctor who explained all expected steps, procedures and answered any questions I had.
I was then taken to another room and had some bloods taken by a Nurse who used to work at A&E in Blackpool.
I was there no more than 45 minutes from parking to leaving.

I attended Preston,ample parking. The staff are very friendly. Tea,coffee ect supplied. All the medical staff,nurses and doctors are all excellent,explaining what the trial is about,what will happen on your visits. They follow up on any scans ect that you have done. Well worth while doing. Not just for your own peace of mind but without these trials to help find things quicker in the future.

I have recently just completed a year long research for Covid-19. I would just like to thank all staff a Panthera Preston for being so professional and making me feel at ease. The whole process was brilliant and staff were always there with a lot of support. This was a really worthwhile experience and definitely do more if requested.

Attended the Preston clinic. Easy to find. Good parking. All staff helpful and kind. Very thorough explaining what would happen next and put you at ease. Tea,coffee and biscuits available. Recommended them to a friend the same day. There is nothing to be worried about and I would highly recommend anyone to attend if they fit the criteria as both parties have a lot to gain.

Good experience especially with nurse Hope explained everything
clearly .Nice clean reception area Plenty of tea coffee and biscuits .
Only downside very poorly signposted but there was plenty of parking

Friendly, but professional atmosphere. All staff, from reception to clinical experts very caring. Very clean and pleasant surroundings. Enjoyable visit all round.

Avoid this so called professional company at all costs . I signed up for a clinical trial solicited by them , was bombarded with appointment reminders by them , took a day off work to make the date , travelled 40 miles round trip to their offices , filled in the comprehensive patient questionnaire only to be told by the consultant on the day that the trial had been filled ‘ literally overnight’ ! Yeah , right ! What a joke !

Efficient and friendly. Everything explained and meticulously documented.
Felt I was "doing my bit". I was paid for my time. Easy to fill online diary, in clinic appointments to suit me and occasional telephone calls.
Fitted in easily to my busy work and home life. Highly recommend to help medical advancements using humans for humans!
