Attended today for bladder issues, appointment was at 11.15, sat patiently till 11.55 when gone downstairs receptionist lady said doctor was late and person prior to me is being seen, regardless to the fact that we were there from 10.45 make sure that we're not late due to traffic in the area, came all the way from essex to then have to walk out as no idea when will be seen as receptionist doesn't know, people do have jobs to go to and specially when paying for service should be treated with prompt service and care not rude receptionist and unknown time to be seen, this unpleasant travel and booking few of 60 quid has definitely prepared for holiday mood, will go to my gp at least don't have to pay for late doctors, DO NOT VISIT seek GP

I consulted Dr. Corina, a nice senior aged lady in June for headache and digestive disfunction during my trip in England.

I feel very uncomfortable after some unpleasant accommodation and consecutive disputes, and I finally got sick.

She listened very patiently to me, prescribed medication, and also recommended non prescription pills to solve each of my complaints very carefully.

She could have just called me whiny, but she did not and took care of every seemingly trival complaint very seriously and gave proper solutions.

Thank you so much.

I booked an abdominal scan from my stomach without consultation as it was cheaper(£150) than the full consultation one, and that's what i needed. During the scan, the DR was explaining to me as normal what she was scanning and showing me pictures on the screen. After the scan, I went to pay, and I was told that I had the full scan with consultation and was charged the full amount of £230. That is not what I was told when speaking to them over the phone. To add to it, the arogant receptionist told me that I shouldn't have talked to the DR performing the scan and should've just taken the report and pictures without talking. This is just ridiculous. How can you just sit there and not talk when you are told and asked questions. It's being polite is what it is.
Now i understand why there are negative reviews of this place. If they were a respectable private clinic, they should have charged the price agreed upon for what I have asked. It is not the patients problem that is being asked questions and being told information. It's too bad because I was looking forward to using this clinic in the future, but now I won't. I will not recommend this place, unfortunately .

I went to Dr. Corina Corcoz. I am extremely satisfied, a calm lady with a kind heart. She took her time and explained everything to me every single detail. I recommend her and the clinic from the bottom of my heart.

It's always hard to get good information about doctors because it's such a personal thing. Some people have great experiences and rate 5 stars, and others don't, although they deal with the same staff. I've taken my child to this clinic 4 or 5 times and I've always had good experiences. The doctor takes good notes and can go back and discuss the history of treatements. They also have same day appointments available and they work on a Saturday too. I have a high opinion and respect for the doctor. She is always attentive, provides good advise and takes time to listen to you. I've recommended this clinic to a few of my friends, and they all had good experiences too. I also like that we always see the same doctor, which is how it should be. The doctor already knows us and we know her which increases the level of assurance and trust.

Great experience, everyone there was friendly and professional. I saw a physiotherapist for Achilles Tendinopathy. The treatment I had was called Focused Shockwave Therapy which I found very helpful and that was in combination with Eccentric Exercises. When I first saw him I was unable to bend my foot and walk for any length of time without experiencing severe pain, and after only a few sessions I was pain free! So delighted with the treatment!
