I am on an extended trip throughout Europe and the UK, I had become so very frustrated trying to find good medical care. But then I got lucky and found Pall Mall. I could not be happier with medical care that I have received here. Olga at the front desk, and everyone else that I encountered are all top-notch professional and they were able to schedule all my tests and appointments in a way that was very convenient for me. I give them my highest possible recommendation.

I went for a consultation last year regarding a rhinoplasty with Mr. Ullas Raghavan. Where do I start… The moment I walked into the consultation room with my parents, I was greeted by the most unfriendly and dismissive attitude. He didn’t even look my parents in the eye once, which immediately set a cold and unprofessional tone.

As soon as I sat down, without any prior knowledge of rhinoplasty, he simply said, “What do you want to know?”—no introduction, no explanation, nothing. Every response I got from him was short, one-word answers, and he seemed completely uninterested in actually helping me understand the procedure. I felt really uncomfortable, and to be honest, I expected a lot more from a consultation, especially for such a significant procedure. He could have at least started by giving me some background on the surgery, the risks, the benefits—literally anything! Instead, it felt like I was pulling teeth just to get basic information.

The entire experience left me feeling like I was wasting his time. Unless you're an influencer or someone high-profile, it seems like you get subpar treatment. The only person who was even remotely friendly and helpful was the patient coordinator, Nikki. She was the only one who made an effort to be informative and welcoming.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend him at all based on my experience. If you’re looking for a surgeon who actually cares about their patients and takes the time to provide a proper consultation, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

Two days ago I underwent a breast uplift at Pall Mall Medical, and from the moment I stepped into the clinic, I was met with an exceptional standard of care that immediately put me at ease. The atmosphere was warm and professional, starting with my initial welcome from Lina, a trainee nurse who was both comforting and reassuring. Throughout my experience, I was looked after by Nurse Noni, whose cheerful demeanor, sense of humor, and nurturing care truly stood out. She brought a sense of calm and made my short stay incredibly comfortable.

Under the expert care of Mr. Hassan, my surgeon, I felt completely reassured every step of the way. His professionalism and attentive approach were second to none, as he took the time to ensure I understood each part of the process. The anaesthesia team was equally impressive, demonstrating outstanding efficiency and care that prevented me from having a single moment of anxiety.

Although I am still in my post-surgery bra and dressings, the initial results are exactly as I had hoped. Mr. Hassan repositioned my nipple and enhanced the upper pole fullness, and the results thus far have left me overjoyed. I eagerly anticipate my upcoming appointment to change the dressings and see the full results, including the scars, but already I am incredibly pleased with what I see.

Overall, my experience at Pall Mall Medical has been nothing short of exceptional. From the attentive and kind staff to the expertise of the surgical team, I could not have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering similar procedures.

Great experience in the facility itself. My wife had a platinum scan but unfortunately a few anomalies came back which needed further medical investigation. Trying to get the scan results have been a chore as it keep logging you out. My wife contacted the practice only to feel we have had you money job done. I was booking a full scan for myself but the after care leave something to desired so I will look elsewhere

I've been to both pall mall in Manchester and newton le willows a few times. In the past I would've given them 5 stars. If you had any health problems, reception phoned to tell you very quickly. I'm not sure what's happened. I'm waiting for blood and urine test results. I was told I'd get them last Friday or Monday. I phoned them today and the results aren't available. But they have contacted me about paying for more tests. I won't be paying for any other tests unless I get my results soon. The staff are nice though.

I have contacted them about the visa medical at least six times in the course of three weeks and was repeatedly assured that I would receive a follow-up or a call back. Unfortunately, that never happened. The lack of communication and follow-through has been extremely disappointing. This level of service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend relying on them for such an important matter.

Got a private vaccination here and everything went well! Easy process, no hassle at all. Megan explained the vaccine details well, including the vial info, which I appreciated.

There seems to be a construction going on but you can find the entrance on the left side.

Terrible experience. I had an allergy test on 18th December 2024 and was told I’d get the results in 7 working days. It’s now 7th January 2025, and I’m still waiting. Nobody answers the phone, replies to messages, or provides updates. The communication is non-existent.

To add to the frustration, my card was charged twice, though it was eventually reversed. However, the whole experience has been extremely disappointing, especially considering how expensive their services are. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone.
