What a wonderful group of people. The booking process with Natasha was as smooth as can be. Femi the specialist nurse has the most contagious energy and the passion he has for his job and for children is incredible. Dr Hii took the time to listen to us and clearly explained everything step-by-step.. A plan was set in place to work with and so far things have improved so much. My son’s (7 years) no longer suffers with stomach aches and has regained his appetite!! It’s so lovely to see him not in discomfort anymore.
We are so thankful to all the staff. Highly recommend them !!

I can’t even begin to thank Dr Hii and Femi for their help with my daughter, she’s had reflux since she was about 8 weeks old. After going back and forth with the GP for months with no avail we decided to go private.

During the triage Femi suggested removing dairy and Soya from her diet which really helped, we were seen by Dr Hii who gave us a detailed plan of different food groups to eliminate from her diet, followed by additional tests and medication. As we were self pay we were able to ask our GP to order some of the tests.
She had allergy testing which showed a milk allergy just as Femi had said. We were started on medication after a process of elimination of trigger foods and she’s now thriving and a very happy little girl. Thank you so much Femi and Dr Hii for all of your help and Natasha for being so friendly and accommodating with appointments. Highly recommended service.

Absolutely amazing team. They have revolutionised my daughters life. After 8 years of constant medication but still living with chronic stomach pain and reflux, to the point that she couldn’t play with her friends, within a week the clinic had arranged her consultant appointment, organised and completed a battery of comprehensive tests (that I’d been trying to get her for 6 years) and diagnosed her issue. Within 48 hours of the diagnosis and starting the correct treatment it was like having a different child- pain free, happy and full of energy. Even her teacher couldn’t believe the changes in her. I can never thank the team enough for what they have done for her.

We recently booked a set of consultations through the Paediatric Gut Investigation clinic in late Number for our infant son.

I must say I am particularly disgusted with the conduct of both the company and our paediatric consultant.

Firstly, we had our 2nd consultation cancelled at short notice and postponed. Also, after the 1st consultation we had an appointment for allergy tests for our young son. A corresponding letter that we received after the test results were provided stated that the consultant would prescribe some supplements based on the results of the test. He failed to do this. We reminded him at our 2nd consultation after Christmas . He then failed to prescribe it for the 2nd time.

What is more concerning is that after our 2nd consultation at Christmas, he said he couldn't provide us with an online prescription and instead had to give us a letter. We then had to go to a walk in Centre and wait for 8 hours and beg an NHS doctor to accept the consultants letter which they did not fully. This was a humiliating experience which could have been solved with an online electronic prescription. I rang the gut investigation clinic and complained that this is not what I thought was acceptable for going private.

They said that prescriptions must be picked up in person, despite it being Christmas and the Omicron Covid variant being present. They said that they would send the prescription recorded delivery on this one occasion. What followed next was shocking, the CEO/Co Founder of the company rung me saying that if I wasn't happy they would refund me but would then cancel subsequent appointments as if we should be punished for having the audacity to complain about their services.

They refunded me a measly amount. They do not seem to care about patients in our opinion as they would rather refund a small percentage of the fee than deal with the issue at hand for the infant. What is worse worse is that the prescription that the company said would be send out recorded delivered by the doctor did not seem to be sent out and we never received it. Therefore, the refund was pointless and didn't even cover the incovenience and suffering of our infant son on that day and the fact that our prescription which was confirmed after our 2nd consultation and before the complaint did not ever arrive!!

We now do not have the medicine that we needed for our child and have to start the process from scratch through the NHS at no fault of our own.

Another disgrace is that on the letter that the consultant sent after the 2nd consultation, he forgot to add iron supplements again which he promised on the letter.

We have yet to receive any apology from either the Paediatric Consultant or the Co Founder/CEO.
