From my own personal experiences, I think all the staff here are superb. The receptionists are put under a lot of pressure dealing with hundreds (possibly) of ill people every day and must surely cause them much stress. It is not THEIR fault if they cannot give you an appointment when you need one! The doctors here are second to none and I personally, have always been listened to and supported with respect.
