I would like to express my experience with Padiham medical centre .I have been with this surgery for 35 yrs or more and I have not had a problem with it at all they are very polite and helpful.Sue little and Katy Gibb can not do enough to help you they go above and beyond to do what they can to help you so would like to say thank you 😉 😉xx AS I see negative feedback on social media and sometimes it’s not always good but it’s nice to hear good things as well .What I say is speak to people how you would like to be spoken too and you will achieve much more in life 👍

absolute shocking service, i always praised this medical centre but lately there a real disappointment. trying to get appointment for 4 months now, each time I ring im always 30th in line, I do a call back for them to ring me back (I ring at 8am...they get back to me at half 10am) only to be told they have no appointments left and can't have a emergency appointment because they think it's not important enough I have slipped disc and arthritis in my back and i cant walk properly...its not important enough. even if I do get 1st in que on phone they put phone down on me so I have to start it's all again, many a times it's happened and with my mum, parnter and some people i know...I got called a liar for telling them this at reception this afternoon. would not recommend.

Staff are fantastic 5 star, telephone system the total opposite, used to be quick to get through to even 5 minute wait at times, now you are very lucky if you get through before 15 minutes to 30 minutes, GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL SYSTEM until problems can be sorted out, unfortunately multiple comments on Padiham Community Talk that support this ......

I went here for an appointment for my daughter. We were seen quickly and she was prescribed some medication. Unfortunately even though I wore a mask inside, ever since visiting there I've had a bug that's had me coughing for 5 days.

Despite a lot of negativity from locals the actual doctors here are generally very good. Yes there are problems with some staff getting above their station and the NHS telephone system. But the doctors are friendly, listening and very good.

Tried to book an appointment in February, next available appointment was 8th May. Disgraceful
