As always i found Dr Z Hussain to be completely thorough and supportive on my visit to the surgery today and i felt listened to .

Absolute joke this place . I've lived all over the UK , and this is the worst medical practice (drs) I've ever experienced, Never get an appointment, Reception staff don't really tell you anything, the drs say your to young for this or that, How old does anyone have to be for any problems you may have !?! . They look at your like your taking the piss , I never go to drs really unless I need to . But this place is the worst

The prescription service is disjointed. The online process had failed. And I made a written request for a repeat prescription. You have no idea if it been completed or correct till you get to the pharmacist. Which can be 1 to 4 days .

Great practise and all the staff are friendly, compassionate and understanding. The only issue is that the automated phone line no longer works making it far more difficult to get an appointment

I am 69 yrs l.old and I have never know a doctor like Dr Z.Assain absolutely amazing with myself and a gentle man I look after with learning disabilities and alzamers .I don't know what we would have done without him thankyou so much Ann Boyle and Mr Thomas.Mcgough. your a God send .

06/09/24: Visited Accrington Eastgate with my wife after a referral with regards to her cartarac.
The technician advised her cartarac was too thick and they dont have the necessary equipment to do the reading. Fair enough. She said, she will note it up and take ir further. Great.

24/09/24: Today, we've come to Padiham follwing s follow up appt from Accrington only to find they dont have equipment either ...haha brilliant.

Have managed to find another appt for Wed 2nd oct at Star Building, Olivers place, Fulwood. Was advised by todays technician to ring up booking service to confirm whether they have the equipment or not? Been assured by the booking agent, she has just seen the notes by the Padiham technician and itll be alright on the night. Im not so sure.
