Been asking for upper hired & they had hesitated a lot. They denied my kiddo but approved the one that has less going on. Never got an assessment for my child in person where we can discussed in depth.
My child was discriminated!!
Was told the person who called me over the phone when I was on the road did the assessment wrong but never bother to fixed it by giving my child a real assessment in person.
For documentation I been waiting since 1st week of other kiddos assessments & all I get it’s the run around. The only one who’s been trying her best & communicating is Ariana the therapist but she’s limited to what she can do, other than that is bad!
Anyone whose kids are on the system go with CPI on Herndon & Fruit. CPI is organized & better communication.

!DANGER! This place is atrocious! If you’re serious about getting help for a loved one, DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE, they do not care for your loved one. They are contracted by the county to do these services. They are paid (X) amount of money based on what your loved one is diagnosed with. After that YOUR LOVED ONE is nothing but a $ to these people. Once you tire of chasing your tail with these people. After you decide to find help else were and end their services they WILL fight tooth and nail to stall and keep the money flowing. Uplift Family Services is straight up a DANGEROUS, and HAZARDOUS service to get for your loved ones. If you have someone under their care I plead for you to fine aid elsewhere. GET THEM OUT!

This place is straight up dangerous be very careful of getting your loved one any form of help here you are opening Pandoras box coming here. My mother who passed in December of last year tried to get her son with mental disabilities some help... During the in home sessions she confided to me the "therapists" went through her personal belongings without her knowledge. The only way she knew this was walking in on one of the sessions and saw him opening up her dresser.
When she passed suddenly of a heart attack in December and I took all of my siblings in under age of 18 instead of actually having a conversation with a family in crisis they sent more emergency social workers basically setting my family ablaze!!!!!

If you are truly in a time of crisis needing help for yourself or a loved one I implore you to stay far away from here. I feel its my duty as a decent human being to let others know of the experience you will get associating with Uplift.

Worst place to go for any help. Horrible staff. Unorganized and unethical. They are contracted by the County and they want you to do counseling or therapy to make money.
