I can highly recommend having a shiatsu treatment with Tania. She is very professional, knows her stuff and is also very kind n lovely.
My spine hasn't felt this good for a very long time and I only had one session. Quite an amazing experience.

As awesome experience. Tania was brilliant, very reassuring and knowledgeable. The session was hugely relaxing and assisted my neck problems without causing me any pain. I would recommend Tania to everyone.

Update: it is now over two months since my treatment and I still have no pain or discomfort. As previously stated the session was excellent but the longer term benefits are even more important. With other treatments the discomfort would have returned by now. Brilliant…thanks Tania

I cannot recommend Tania more - she is an excellent shiatsu practitioner and her knowledge is extraordinary. Not only did she straighten my spine and alleviate longstanding lower back pain, she also brought helpful awareness to a number of simple things I could do to improve my overall health. I left feeling rested and rejuvenated! I've also been to several wellness workshops Tania has hosted and they've all been excellent: well planned, beautiful venues and a great way to spend a morning focusing on you!

Tania is an amazing shiatsu practitioner. She is really caring and knows her stuff - I always feel a billion times better after one of her treatments. When nothing else seems to work, she gently realigns my spine and hips, releases tension, and makes me feel comfortable in my body again. I can't recommend her enough.
