I have only had good experiences with the practice. The reception and admin staff are friendly. They have met my appointment needs and the doctors have always listened to my problems and treated me well. I feel very much involved in my care decisions and feel the doctor works in partnership with me. I would definitely recommend the practice.

The reception staff are remarkable, always greeting patients with a smile and eager to assist. On numerous occasions, they have exceeded my expectations in addressing my needs. Dr. Ameer, in particular, stands out as an extraordinary individual and an excellent doctor. He is incredibly kind, compassionate, and, most importantly, attentive to his patients. My children prefer to see him, as he creates a comfortable atmosphere and never hurries us during our appointments. Over the past two years, he has provided invaluable support to our family, for which we are profoundly grateful. I had the pleasure, yes the pleasure, of visiting this surgery today but this time, and the first time, as the patient. I saw Dr Ameer who deserves high praise for putting you at ease (I felt nervous), being warm, empathetic and kind. I rang this morning and got an appointment this morning - wow! They also looked after my dad so very well (grateful thanks to Dr Aurora) and when he passed we even received a sympathy card from them. The receptionists are always happy and friendly whilst remaining professional. There was even music playing in the waiting area which was really quite relaxing. Impressive is an understatement. Well done Oxford Drive surgery 👏

Th Lady doctor who visited Mrs Joan Heller was ‘ok’ with Joan but as I am her sister and have been caring for her during this trying period the doctor was very unpleasant and for an NHS doctor to say “see your own doctor “ after telling her I am not from the area but am caring for Joan and also have caught Joan’s infection I found this both upsetting and unacceptable. Let her be reminded that her education and salary is paid to her by ALL of us!!

By far the best GP practice I've ever experienced. Registered here with my wife and baby at the start of the year. It has been nothing but amazing, from friendly receptionists in person and over the phone, all doctors and staff have been super helpful. Highly recommended, best practice in the area by far.

Joined this surgery when I fell pregnant late in 2022 as I wanted to be under a better doctors than my original GP. So glad I did change, never had an issue with this place, they've looked after me and my now 6 month old daughter exceptionally, Dr Ameer is wonderful, reception staff are always so happy and helpful. Great at getting appointments on, there's no long wait times for this. Just an overall amazing doctors !

I have been with the practice for a number of years now, over the past year I really have seen a marked change for the better in terms of availability of appts, care and ease of contact. The reception staff are always polite when I have phoned up and really try to help in any way.
