Staff covering the out of hours/extended option clinics as part of CGPN (Referred to by own GP practice), were amazing, very polite and helpful. Nurse Elaine was also great comfort for a nerve racking procedure for me. I prefer being nurse side, still novice trainee patient !!

My wife is under monthly injection, prepare for an endo surgery in few months, but we moved 10 minutes away recently and they refused to keep her injection process for even just temporary and kick us out in 30 days, only because we are now living 20 minutes away. This suspends the whole surgery process and it's not as fast to get registration ready in the new place, I don't know why they don't have compassion but doing this regardlessly, not even sure if my wife will have to start over the process again, the whole process has been 1.5 years and still waiting... they use to be good GP, I can't believe they change attitude just because we are now a bit out of scope? That discourages me from telling you we've changed address in the future isn't it?

01.12.22 update
Over surgery's reception called today and I tried to explain my wife's situation but they just hung up in the middle of the conversation, fairly rude. I sincerely do not recommend this GP anymore.

Fabulous staff and doctors. Completely care about listening to you the patient. Care about your wellbeing as well as being responsible as to how you take your medication. I have only been with this surgery a few weeks after ensuring nothing but being ignored about my opionopinion as to my health at the last surgery I was with. I feel very lucky to have been accepted as a patient here.
