My son is a patient with this company as his home health provider, they have been really good at taking care of him. He has been with them approximately 13 years. I also work for the company and have had no.problems at all.

My step mother was with outreach and she had 2 workers they were excellent. She had one lady who would sit in the recliner watch her soaps while smoking and cursing while talking on her phone. She didn't do anything except sweep part of the house one day then the other part on her next day to work. And my step mother has had triple bypass surgery our house is smoke free. Then we had another worker who would lay on the couch and rest. When I ask my step mother to ask her to clean her potty chair the worker assaulted me. I am 60 yrs old and disabled.

Honestly they say they are christian based community, but they are very unprofessional have seen the staff be mean to their employees and act like they are better than them because of the language barrier. Usually do not do reviews but my opinion will be posted for people to see.
