Just started with Outlaw boxing and really enjoying it. I was concerned being a total newbie however the sessions are based for all abilities and everyone i have met so far being very encouraging.

Luke knows his stuff and pushes you, he is clearly keen on teaching you to box with the right techniques, the by product of this is increased fitness. It's hard but enjoyable.

Wanted to do this for years, really pleased i've kick started. Give it a try you won't regret it.

Originally I attended outlaw for the 12 week programme, 1 day a week as a complete novice who had never put on gloves.

I now attend 3/4 times a week and easily one of the best decision I have made. The gym has a great atmosphere and Luke’s professionalism is outstanding. He has the time of the day for everyone, caters for all abilities and knows people by first name which goes a long way.
