Had an implant replacement, got an appointment fairly quickly for NHS and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience once there, big thanks to Dr Kerr who saw me, very friendly, caring and efficient. I also don’t know why so many people on reviews complain of rude receptionist as all the staff I encountered were polite. I’ve had bad experiences with I-CASH clinics before but this was certainly not one of them.

I am extremely grateful that after several attempts managed to get a appointment! I am extremely grateful and impressed by the highly professional conduct Nurse Miss Sal who was very kind, understanding, and excellent at taking samples and was the one who called us with the results and her assistant ! Praise god for these Angels.l hope there will be more government and lottery funding for this very crucial life saving services which is a very difficult hidden .delicate but life threatening subject however it deserves high respect and indeed much much more funding and more provision for the need of population as it has proved very difficult access! Please forget the postal blood test as it is so impractical! Once again a huge gratitude to Miss Sal and her team !

Just finished arranging to have my contraceptive implant removed. Lady I spoke to on the phone went above and beyond to find me an appointment in the time frame I wanted. Yes this place is busy. Don't expect to call up and have an appointment booked the next day, that's just common sense and arrive early for the walk ins, again, common sense. I have always found the staff here to be knowledgeable and friendly. I really feel like they do the best they can with the resources they have.

Booked for an implant removal which was easy and callhandler was very helpful. On arrival reception were friendly and helpful. I was very nervous about the procedure as previously my doctor had really bodged my last removal but the lady doctor and her assistant were so lovely and could obviously see I was nervous and totally put me at ease. Didn't even need the double appt I was booked for in case of a complication. Quick, easy and painless and I was in and out in 15 mins! Unfortunately I didn't get their names but I hope this gets back to them 🙂

Called last Thursday to be told by a rude receptionist to call back on Monday for an appt as they only work half days on Fridays. Called back on Monday to be told all appointments had gone and basically it’s my own fault was the attitude I got from them. Tried to go to my doctors to be told that only icash are allowed to prescribe the meds I need. Beyond a joke is an understatement. A service that only gives appointment’s out on one day a week is a shambles

Absolutely awful service. I've got an infection and have been calling for 4 days just over 9 and get told to call the next day as I must ring at 9 on the dot. I called today at 9 oclock and the receptionist hung up on me immediately . Now I had to call again and guess what? I have to call tommorrow. Keep doing a great job and then wonder why infections are going up so high in this country.

I had been on the waiting list for an IUD with my GP for 5 months with no movement. After contacting iCash, I had all pre-appointment assesments and the procedure done within less than a month which I was really impressed with. All staff are very friendly, Covid measures made you feel safe, appointment was on time. The Doctor and her assistant were lovely and really made me feel at ease, I couldn't have asked for better treatment.
