Can not fault anyone or anything about this surgery. All doctors, nurses , receptionists are all polite professional and very helpful, OK , occasionally an appointment might be a bit late rearranged, but the staff work hard to keep things moving. I personally can’t not thank the staff here for their dedicated work enough. Thank you .

The actual dr is a lovely man and all the nurses but that rude receptionist is what ruins it. She is so rude over the phone and speaks over you. If you don’t like your job/people then it’s time for a change of career.

i am a stroke patient and i carnt even get an answer on the phone from the surgery. all i want is a repeat prescription for some foot cream but no one ever answers the phone. this is a very poor surgery to be with.

Unfailingly helpful, friendly and professional staff. Clean, warm surgery. The critical ratings / reviews do not reflect reality. Let's blame underfunding from government for decades on both sides and of course, the impact of Covid if they are not jumping to your unrealistic tune. Let's support the NHS in unprecedented times, not shoot them down...

Doctors at ormesby surgery tell you to phone at 8am in the morning! when I phoned at 8am she tells me there’s no face to face appointments taking place !pathetic and to go to a drop in centre, anyone know why this is still happening yet they will see you quick enough for a Covid jab!disgusting !
