We had a church banquet in the hall last Saturday ohh the hall was soooo cold 🥶 and the walls so busy with their own decorations my pretty balloons 🎈 etc got completely lost in there...space enough for plus 50 ppl though

Really enjoyed the Sunflower Community Cafe. Great coffee, lovely sandwiches, soup and toasties. Could have had a cooked lunch too, which smelt delicious. Yummy cakes, we took some home. Loads of vegan options and really underpriced. We'll be back!

The Sunflower Café operates here lunchtimes Monday to Friday. The food is 50% vegan, that is, there is always a meat alternative. The menu changes every week, and there are different things every day.

Main courses, sandwiches, salad, soup and often a very nice homemade bread. Each has a vegan alternative.

I put my bicycle on the train, then pedal and walk from Ore station. The café is always very warm in the winter.

Great service, absolutely great value for the lunch time specials. Different menu each week. Good choice of hot/cold food/drinks. I take my mum there for lunch each week, she loves it and looks forward to it each time.

Nice little pop in place for a cup of tea. Very good prices, they do dinners for £5.00. I haven't had one as yet.

Great for hiring out, we hired it for my friend's son's 18th birthday party...... was a fair price, great size, toilets, beautiful garden area. Doesn't have a licence to sell alcohol, but alcohol is allowed to be consumed on the premises.

Great local community centre run mainly by volunteers.
Always clean and tidy and you can guarantee a warm welcome by the staff. Different size rooms and hall for hire for a very reasonable price.
Loads of different clubs for all ages run all week.
Lovely little cafe where you can get something to eat at a very cheap price
