The worst GP ever! the receptionist are very rude, its a wonder I stayed so long with them!

They removed me and my family without any notice, just because we moved to another area which was still in Enfield. Distasteful, and utterly disappointing.

Shame on you guys.

This GP surgery consistently fails to provide appointments, effectively denying patients access to care. This is a clear breach of its duty of care under NHS guidelines and the NHS Constitution, which mandate reasonable access to medical services. Such systemic failure warrants investigation by the CQC or NHS England and raises serious questions about the centre’s fitness to operate.

Appointments are never made. They say to make an online appointment at 8:00 in the morning. I log into the system at exactly 8:00. I am greeted with the message that 2 days are fully booked. I definitely change my GP

5th update told by gp i am no longer a patient my new gp has now referred me for tests cancer all on 2ww referal never got any of this from last gp
4th update saw gp this morning 23rd oct absolutely waste of time no examination just typed away on pc 3rd up date on this surgery on 15th oct had booked a double apointment was called in late only to be asked to go back and wait in reception as gp took a call on her mobile phone. As i was called in late
into the second apointment and time was not on my side i never got seen and you cannot have another apointment you have to start again. It took 2 weeks to get that original apointment so upshot is the whole place is badly run. Tried complaining in writing no responce whats so ever

Tried 3 times this week and asked very politely with requests on information regarding ongoing medical problems via text or preferably email and had absolutely no responce. It's OK for them to say can't call gp no more has to be done online and yet they can't even email you back. Been ongoing now over a year, never see same gp ever and I am absolutely sure they never read previous notes. Last gp on telephone said how can I help you today andvthey were the ones that logged the call. Emailed acurex about their software for new system and email and they say they are looking into adding it in a future update. With all the modern communications you think email would be used. So rude in not replying though.

Last year, I was told by a properly rude locum, that it's my responsibility to know when I'm due a blood test for my medication review... so, when you call them to arrange it, they tell you that you're not due a blood test, so you end up not booking one. Then, the next day, they text you with big capitals "OVERDUE REVIEW" and want you to book a blood test. SORT YOUR USELESS SURGERY OUT!

I came into the surgery a few days ago to request a repeat prescription. Which I have every 3 months. I was met with a cheerful receptionist who took my request! She looked very well indeed I must say! It left me with a lasting impression....:-)

Excellent triage over the phone followed by blood test at the surgery and then an in person appointment to discuss the results with a GP. The doctor was lovely - very pleasant, kind, thorough. Gave me a diagnosis and printed out some information and exercises. All very helpful and completed from first to last in three weeks which was perfect. Thank you.

Trying to get an appointment for weeks, not even a call.
Asked for details of the practice manager no response, absolutely shocking my daughters just moved locally to the area and she has desperately needed an appointment......nothing.
