Very very bad service. Called them behalf my mum to get an appointment and the rude lady asked me if she need a painkiller. I mean Am I a bloody doctor to ask me if my mum need a painkiller! Change the people you have at the reception at least you would earn an extra star.

Is the worst clinic ever I see in my life. I try to call numerous time they dont go on their phone. Sometimes they are angry. When we call for an emergency to refer you they tell you to refer yourself to the hospital and didn’t even give you an appointment 😪

Honestly if I could give negative stars I would!
First and foremost the reception staff at this practice or whoever answers their calls needs to go on a customer service training course ASAP because the way they speak to patients is abismal!!!

My local pharmacy has been requesting my routine prescription for years now but recently either the practice doesn’t care about their patients or they are blatantly lying because they are not releasing the prescriptions so for 2 weeks now I am going backwards and forwards between the pharmacy and the GP and now the inevitable has happened, I have no medication left. Medication might I add, that I need to survive and yet the only response I got from the GP is “there is nothing I can do” I guess if a person collapses and dies in the middle of the street that is alright with them.

Sort yourselves out really because if my condition worsens because of your lack of competence rest assured I will make sure everyone knows about this!

I have recently relocated here and this practice came highly recommended and having now had experience of their treatment, wholeheartedly agree. As a new patient the usual new patient appointment was not given but I have had cause to attend twice and ask for a repeat prescription once. All the staff and doctors (the two i have seen) have been fabulous. I wasn’t grilled when I rang to ask for an appointment, in fact the reception staff could not have been more helpful. The two GPS I saw were both efficient and polite and I didn’t feel I was just another statistic. I’ve also had a consultation with the pharmacist and she was charming and really helpful. It makes you realise just how poor the service we had both had in the past was. I don’t think the people of such a big town realise what they have here. I lived in a village yet the service I have received recently knocks spots off them. Well done to all of the staff. You are a credit to your town.

As others have said, it's near impossible to get a face to face appointment here, no matter how severe your issue is. Usually phone queue of 20+ people so it takes 40 minutes to get through only to have to give sensitive details about your condition over the phone and then be told the GP will call you - even then you don't get a time.

A phone service that does not do what it says it should. Rang 0800hrs and told someone would call back. Called again at 1130hrs I was next in the queue. Got a phone call around 1230hrs and got a nurse who would not listen, talking about things that were not useful to me. All I wanted was to see a doctor, not get a receptionist and nurse who impose an ineffective system. Got the appointment with the doctor and just atrocious. There is no empathy, compassion, confidentiality or privacy for patients. I don't need to spill my entire social and medical history to a receptionist and or nurse just to get an appointment with a doctor. It's not the system that doesn't work, it's the people who ran the system that frustrate people.

Absolutely the worst surgery EVER!!
Every single month they screw up my repeat prescriptions, despite the fact that I have been getting the same medication and dosage for many years now.
Every month without exception for about the last year, they have either sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy, or missed 1 or more of the 4 different meds I'm prescribed.
If you have the options then use ANY other doctor's surgery than this!
I plan to change ASAP...
The stress is severely affecting my mental health, and also makes me physically ill when I miss some of my medication for a couple of days.
