Right from the beginning when I joined your team I’ve been so impressed with the care I get. I’ve found a caring empathetic team that takes pleasure in introducing new carers before they come by themselves. They know my routine without me having to go through it all time after time. They respect my living circumstances and always have a smile. I feel I can approach any members of the team with my concerns and thoughts without reprisal For example after a recent hospital stay and problems with transport I was moved to say the following -“Thank you so much for the help I received from your team yesterday under difficult circumstances
I continue to be so impressed by the team you are building Its the little things that matter and thus making lives of your clients so much better” Keep it up up you outshine other agencies I’ve had.

Orchard Healthcare were engaged by NHS Fast Track to provide palliative day care for my wife’s mother in her own home. Five Stars is not enough to describe the exceptional care they provided which went way beyond what one might have expected. From their smart, professional appearance to their respectful, kind and supportive help in addressing every aspect of personal care (washing, changing, feeding and prescribed medication delivery) .After each visit the carers completed an online report of their visit which was made available to my
wife and I via an app. We were also provided with a weekly timetable of which carers were coming and at what time. They also brought to our attention any areas of concern such as worsening sores or other aspects of physical frailty or weakness that might have escaped our notice. My wife and i have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Kelly and her team for their outstanding care and support they afforded my mother in law during the final weeks of her life and also for the kindness and understanding they showed us and their willingness to go the extra mile without any hesitation.
