I was at a family member’s house visiting them. They currently receive care from optimum. The company itself is not bad it is actually great. But there was a carer who was talking in her own language on the phone instead of paying attention to my family member. My family member was sat on the toilet with the door and windows open as well completely naked which is taking her dignity away. This carer clearly was not educated enough and i asked her about my family member’s privacy and instead she argued.
