I spoke with David today, as I am still on titration and it was my third review. I was taken back with it being another person as there has been no continuity but David reassured me he would be my nurse for the foreseeable which helped me to become less agitated and allowed me to process the information. I think optimise provide a great service and I have no complaints now, staff are very polite, compassionate and understanding. They are quick to respond to emails and if you need letters or reports they send them quickly. Thank You 🙂

The process from start to finish was incredible and easy to access. The practitioners who completed my assessments were professional but extremely validating and ensured I felt comfortable enough to share. They made an extremely emotional process, much easier to navigate and process.

These guys have done so well for me, and all of their meetings and appointments are great, with fantastic doctors, nurses and other staff. I always have a great conversation with them, and get all the information I need! Additionally, communications to their email (and in general) are responded to promptly and clearly. Communication is one of the strong points of Optimise HCG.

I've been a patient of Optimise for coming up to 2 years after the last provider I was under closed down, which actually turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I'm now under shared care so don't have as much contact with them as I did at first, but have always found everyone I've spoken to, to be incredibly kind, helpful and professional.

What has actually prompted me to leave a review, is that I had my annual medication assessment yesterday and the doctor my appointment was with was really patient and understanding and I came away feeling so grateful that there are such genuine people out there that do want to listen to you and help! I don't want to leave her name just for safety reasons, but Optimise are aware of who I mean 🙂

Thorough communication throughout. Friendly staff and an easy process, however there was one hurdle which i understand HAS to be done, but it goes directly against ADHD. I needed to fill out 9 questionnaires 72 hrs before the appointment. I understand it had to be done, but it really stressed me out!

I had my autism assessment today and can highly recommend optimise. I was kept well informed of the process & how the assessment day would go. The two assessors made me feel comfortable and I felt like I was able to be open and vulnerable with them without being judged. They were easy to talk to and asked me if I needed a break.
