If you need glasses or an eye test there are much better places elsewhere in Milton Keynes. I usually go specsaves but I came here because my employer gave me voucher.

When I got there no one was at reception and there was no sign directing to the floor the optician was on. When I tried to access the lift I couldn’t take it as it needs a fob? When someone came down to get me they didn’t seem too bothered by this however all this made me late for my appointment.

When I eventually got in and took my health test I noticed the staff were acting weird…very odd environment.

The actual person who did my test was fine but overall specsavers has much better customer service and glass selection, very weird place.

So i initially contacted optical express for the free consultation to see if i was suitable for laser eye surgery. The staff were very warm, welcoming and friendly.
To my surprise i was suitable and then discussed price and financing options.
I then booked an appointment for 1st may to have surgery.
The surgery itself was about 15mins. Everyone was so friendly and kind, putting my nerves at ease. The procedure was painless and the procedure was explained at each step of the way.
Aftercare has been great and today i was discharged with optical express being very pleased with my eyes and the vision i now have.
I highly recommend laser eye surgery and optical express and wish i had done this years ago....
I have worn glasses my whole life and feel like i have a new found confidence again.

Surgery dates cancelled, found out when I arrived for an appointment. Trial lenses sent out late - and when I tried then, couldn’t see anything from right eye. Some staff were friendly, overall would not recommend.

Just left after waiting an hour for an eye test and being told I'd have to wait at least another 15 minutes. Ironically, it was ahead of laser eye surgery where precision is what you need. Having appointment times as vague lines 'in the sand' is really not the way to build confidence and lifelong customers

I give glory to God that my daughter chose Optical Express Milton Keynes for my Cataract Surgery three months ago.

The entire team projected a culture of professionalism and excellent Customer Service anchored by Surgeon Mirna Belovari, Amanda, Andreas and the reception staff.

I had my initial apprehension about simultaneous bilateral lens replacement, but thank God my eyes have healed well, and I have made an independent confirmation in this regard.

I recommend this company for similar intervention to those who need it.

I recently had laser eye surgery here, and am so glad I did. I was immediately made to feel comfortable by the wonderful reception staff, and led through the appointment step by step by the nurses. Abby was an absolute standout!! During the surgery the staff and surgeon made me feel very comfortable and in good hands, and my vision has never been better even in the short time since! I would highly recommend and just wish I’d had this sooner. Thanks guys!

Just had my laser eye surgery and everything was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. 5 star! Would highly recommend the team here.

Sana and Nadia have been extremely helpful with everything from get go. The level of service they provide is second to none. They got me an appointment to have my surgery within 2 weeks of initial assessment which I was really amazed at as I wanted it done before I went away on holiday.

The surgeon Mr sajjad was brilliant. He is a calming presence and puts you at ease. The surgery lasted 10 mins tops.

Very thankful to the team here as they are amazing at what they do

From our very first meeting, every single person I met was professional, patient, friendly and nothing was too much trouble, no matter how much reassurance I needed. I would especially mention Laila, Sheila, Sana, Amanda and of course, Dr Mirna who did an outstanding job. I feel years younger being able to see perfectly and knowing I won't have to worry about my cataracts in the future. It has really boosted my confidence. The surgery was over and done before I knew it and my recovery was quick and easy. Many thanks to all concerned.
