Incredible surgeons, mind put at rest through out the process of consultation and procedure. Very nervous about my eyes being touched and through out was calmed. Vision got to 20/20 in in just under 24 hours and now as they continue to heal all forms of clarity are back. Slight dry eyes while healing but is to be expected and drops quickly removed the dry eyes. 100% recommend

Everything explained. Waiting areas and facilities comfy and accommodating. Rooms airy, private and very clean & equipment state of art. 🙂

I was recommended to Optegra for my cataracts to be removed in both eye 5years ago and had lazer treatment recently after that.The whole experience was fantastic from the initial consultation to having my eye done.
I was recommended to have my right eye checked as I had the start of macular degeneration and was examined by TSVETA IVANOVA Who was absolutely fantastic she explained in detail what I had and at this time there was nothing to worry about for now and to do a test which I am already doing.
I can say this is the only place to go for your eyes all the staff from reception upwards are so helpful.

Absolute shambles of a service.
From being told to turn up 15 minutes early, to then waiting over an HOUR after the appt time had been and gone, when we finally got called in and mentioned to the male nurse about the wait he got an attitude with us, saying “well sometimes clinics do have delays you know”. This is obviously understandable, but when we’ve asked at reception and been told “nope, no delays that I can see” then I find it extremely uncalled for that the nurse spoke to us in this way.

To have us waste over 3 hours to then tell us “no we can’t do it because of your medication and diagnoses”, when they’ve had our prescription the ENTIRE TIME, is completely disgusting.

In future, check patients prescriptions and medical records BEFORE getting them in and having them waste all day pissing about in your waiting room for no reason.

Absolute SHAMBLES. Decided to get my laser eye surgery done here thinking that aftercare and service would be better than most places around - definitely not the case. Place is a farm with one in after the next and they’ve no interest post surgery on you. Avoid.

Had my first cataract removed yesterday all the staff and consultant were very professional and looked after me from the moment I arrived to leaving, I only wish I had done it sooner as already I can see a hugh difference, both clarity and colour are so vivid and although I am only on day two it's amazing how much more clearly I can see. Fantastic work, thanks to all. Can't wait to get my second eye surgery.

I had an awful experience with Optegra. I had my first cataract removed and developed anesometropia, a condition whereby the eyes do not work together and distortion, double vision and photophobia result. The remedy is to do the second eye to compensate. I was scheduled for September with the second eye and, although I went into the hospital three times, they would not put the 2nd eye operation forward. I have complained and Optegra said they worked within their time frame. The clinicians showed no compassion and left me to suffer. They were awful in fact, patient care was not existent. But they did send me some flowers and chocolates!
