Flawless experience from start to finish. Pre-op pathway to medication delivery and insurance cover was seamless. Spacious and elegant reception area. Ushered into my own bright modern room very shortly after arrival. Quickly and reassuringly visited by both my Consultant and Anaesthetist. Unhurried and relaxed check-out. Brilliant experience today when my husband had surgery. All the staff were amazing, including the receptionist and the doorman.
The nursing staff were lovely especially Larissa, she made sure we understood exactly what was going on and how to care for my husband after his procedure . We highly recommend this hospital and the full team.
The hospital is very close to Bond street underground station so easy to get too. Thankyou.

Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I had throat surgery with Dr Karagama but everyone from the receptionist, to the nurses, and everyone operating in the theatre room were exceptional and made me feel at ease. Jules and another lady took care of me after the operation, I couldn’t have asked for a better team. This was my first experience at a private hospital and I would highly recommend One Welbeck

I can't fault this place. I had a Gastroscopy on the second floor and I've had one before, and it left me in lots of pain the next day. But this time there was no pain, their sedation method is the best way to go, as I felt nothing during or after. I was given all my options before hand as well and everyone was so friendly and professional. My consultant seems to want to figure out what's wrong with me, and that's been hard to come by on the NHS. It's not too difficult to get to either, not too far from Oxford Circus tube station which makes it more convenient to get to.

I had surgery at the OneWelbeck performed by Mr Sethi and the whole team were truly fantastic. From admission to discharge I couldn’t have been in better hands. Nurse Jules was so calm, gentle and caring both before and after surgery. She explained everything so well and helped me so much. Mr Sethi and Dr Tiwatane both put me at ease before going into theatre. They made the whole process so much easier than I thought it would be. I was a little nervous as it was my first operation, but in their hands they gave me a lot more confidence. Nurse Elaine and Mercy were also wonderful. Grade A team. Thank you!

I attended One Welbeck Surgery Centre for an Atrial Ablation on 29/11/24. Its an impressive facility with very professional and caring staff members. The London AF Centre is headed by
Professor Schilling who is highly personable and takes time to explain the procedure in detail before proposing treatment. Both he and his anaesthetist Dr Cousins were in attendance.
The procedure started on time at 11.00am and I was in my recovery room by 13.00Hours. I was discharged by 16.30 feeling well and with little effect from the anaesthetic.That evening I was well enough to eat out at a restaurant without any ill effects. The nurse Helder who met me and who ran an ECG and Blood Pressure test was very professional and reassuring. He was also very bright and funny which eased any concerns before such a procedure. Every question answered and procedure notes and copy ECG provided to me and my GP. I had excellent treatment by Professor Schilling and his highly competent group of nurses and staff. The radiographer Johanna was excellent - so kind and professional.
