I have experienced a very mediocre service from Onecare in supporting my father. It looks great on paper, 3 carers per day, a programme of care to be implemented, but..the morning carer comes so late that breakfast and washing is over hours ago, they stay for about 10 minutes then leave when it's supposed to be 30 or 40 minutes. The supervisors dont follow up with requests or get back to us and they cant even get hold of their own employees as she told me. The excuse given by Harrow Social Services is that Onecare employees are on minimum wage and have a difficulty getting from one patient to the next. Is this a reason to provide a poor service?

One care staff are totally amazing and their service is top class. Especially, one of their staff member by the name of Archana goes above and beyond when she comes to look after my grandmother. The best part about Archana is, after a few days of work at my place she understood my grandmothers needs and routine. I can just leave the food on the table and she will know what needs to be done if I’m not available. Archana is an Excellent staff member and my grandmother feels at ease because of her warmth in terms of the way she cares for my grandmother and she speaks Gujrati which is a great help in communicating with her.

My carer Archana she is wonderful, very kind and understandably makes my life easier and encouraging me to make my day best , she always comes with me at hospital visits and does a great job with it, makes all my phone calls when i am unable to make it, cyriac always helps me when i need help and I am greatful with this one cares help.

One-Care UK's care service is exceptional. Their compassionate staff: Hardik; Parth, Aayaz and Vandan provide personalised care with dignity and respect. From daily tasks to emotional support, they've made a positive difference for my father. I'm grateful for their professionalism and commitment to quality care. Ideally I would rate OneCare 4.5 stars - overall the care level and attitude to my elderly Mum was excellent, especially from Krishna, who formed a bond beyond what one might expect with Mum (who isn't easily pleased), as well as being very conscientious in her role.
The administrative service, notably from Swapna and also Lijin, was always prompt and helpful.
(The minor quibbles relate to a couple of aspects of the billing and to certain carers (when Krishna wasn't available) seeming to have less initiative than might reasonably be expected.)

I came to know of OneCare through my social worker as I was having trouble with my current agency. I’m so pleased with both carers (Jagraj & Mahjabeen) since day one! They are professional, friendly, kind and compassionate. They treat my 9 year old autistic son with respect and go out of their way to make him feel at ease. They engage him in activities at a good slow pace (despite him being stuck to his iPad most of the time and not always wanting to have a go). I highly recommend this agency to any family who needs support. Everyone from office staff, manager to the carers are a pleasure to be with and take their job seriously.

My best carer who has been with me for over a year Disha Sharma deserves a medal for her work with helping me on a day to day basis. Always smiling and goes the extra mile to make sure my needs are met. I'd be lost without Disha Sharma she is amazing. Harmisha Patel who goes the extra mile at all time's is another excellent carer and the 3 people I mentioned are a ASSET TO ONE CARE. There are many bad and unprofessional employees with communication problems unfortunately and currently exist! . Well done One Care keep it up.. Nahid Alami 😍
