As a service user I have to say that the office staff need to work on their communication skills. I am often left with times on my scheduled visits being changed and me not being informed of changes. I am left waiting for a visit of having people turn up more than an hour earlier than their scheduled times. I also do not have a regular carer and have different faces regularly. The carers themselves do their work well but the organisation of the carers workload needs improvement.
