I have been using Phil at One Life for around 6 months to help support me with my addiction and equip me with the tools to help me cope better. Phil is incredibly welcoming and attentive. I feel I can fully open up during our sessions which has helped me enormously.

I have grown in confidence whereas before I was introverted and felt my only way to cope was to isolate myself from the world.

Initially I started off with online sessions but built up enough confidence to then take the step and do face to face sessions every week.

After years of failed NHS treatment cycles, I decided it was time to try something different and that's when I found One Life Counselling. Phil offers a safe and quiet space to work on yourself.
He offers many advantages over the NHS - No long waiting lists, Consistency in seeing the same person each time so you do not have to repeat yourself and all the time you need to work on what you need to work on.
This was what appealed to me the most and I did not regret it!
I've been having online therapy sessions with Phil consistently for the past year and my life has improved drastically, I feel I have let go of so much negativity and feel better equipped to cope with everything life throws at me.

I really wanted a couple counselling because my relationship is going apart, I thought with a bit of guidance or just to talk my partner would realise why he is wrong.
I left a text message, it says 15mins I will get an answer since than I have not received anything also I called and left a voicemail but nothing as well...
I think, it is not a good service they can't even answer .
