Staff are lovely. The give you time and listen. Parking available and free. Everything was very quick. I was seen by consultant on Monday and had treatment by Tuesday! I am still shocked that happened! The treatment staff were awesome and reassuring. Great care was taken. I would recommend if can access this facility to take advantage!

I enjoyed the private healthcare provided for my needs. Very pleased of the outcome. I been interested in the One Hospital quite a while. Still waiting for a consultant to get back to me but the well man check was great. Could just paid for the basic really but paid the full price. Sorry doing!

I recently had an operation carried out at One Hatfield Hospital, everything from the initial consultation to booking the procedure and the follow up consultation was very easy and done to suit me. The whole team during admission for surgery and the surgery and aftercare were great, I can`t praise them enough. My surgery was carried out by Mr Lloyd who took the time to explain everything that would be done and address any concerns I had, which put my mind at ease. I wouldn`t hesitate to use this hospital again if the need arose.

How can you say wonderful experience when you have just had a partial knee replacement surgery. Was in trepidation but the great result is the story in itself.
Physician, theatre team and the ward exceeded my expectations and kicking off physio was excellent. Home after two days and feel very pleased. I am recommending this as a great private hospital - no more Spire

I’d highly recommend The One hospital and Mr George Mochloulis.
He was my surgeon for the Thyroid. He is Excellent, friendly, organised, kept watch on me throughout the day after surgery. Great team.
The rooms were spotless and good food.

I had been dreading the surgery but everyone made me feel very relaxed from the moment I was met in reception and taken up to the ward,
I had a lovely spacious en suite room.
The nursing staff were lovely not at all rushed happily answering my endless questions
I met my consultant and the anesthetist before I was taken down to theatre and the whole experience was so much better than I had envisaged
The pre op check a week before was abit unorganised unfortunately, we kept getting interrupted and I felt I wasn't getting undivided attention from the nurse.
I didn't want to go home I would have loved another night I couldn't fault anything.
And last but no least the food was fantastic such a lovely selection on offer
Thank you very much for making my experience so much better than I had envisaged.

Every single member of staff that I dealt with were great. And I mean _every_ member. They were all friendly, helpful, professional and great to talk to. (I hope the powers that be at One Hatfield share this review with their staff!).
The hospital itself was good - a nice size so that everything was easily reachable. Clean, and pleasant surroundings and the food was lovely.
The only negative was that my room could have done with some maintenance. The temperature was not locally controllable and seemingly not centrally controllable either. So the room was too warm and I needed the window and curtains open all night to make it a reasonable temperature. Also, some of the functions on the bedside handset didn't work so that I had the choice of no lights or lighting full blast. But other than that the room was well equiped.
The real strength of this hospital is their staff - I hope management appreciate that!
