Hi, please avoid this dentist at all costs, waste of time no customer care skills at all. I went in today to cancel my appointment and the Asian receptionist was so rude. Spoke to me like a child. She said i have been took of the books, I asked to speak to the manager & owner Dr Malek who couldn't be bothered to come and speak to me.

I went today for my first treatment after an initial check up a few days ago.

I am a SUPER nervous patient and I feel like Mr Abrahem Malik went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during the procedure. He was extremely professional and patient as I am a patient who struggles terribly (for context I had a bit of a fainting spell after the process).

His assistant was very good also, and I have found the receptionists to be very helpful on both occasions - especially the young man they have in their employ.

I have read some of the poor reviews here and feel that people would do well do to understand the costings and procedures, and practice rules, before leaving poor reviews as my experience has been superb in all ways.

I am very happy with my appointments and can't thank the practice enough for their support today. I feel that I will be less nervous as a result, going forward.

I had been with this dental practise for about a year. Could'nt fault them until this morning. Phoned up to make an appointment, because a filling had come out, only to be told I had been removed from their books. When I asked why, I was told it was because of two appointments I was supposed to have gone to had been cancelled, and it was decided by the dentist to take me off. They had not had the decency to phone me or emailed about. It's an absolute disgrace the way I've been treated. Now having trouble trying to find a dentist taking on NHS patients.

Today I had a root canal by the superb dentist Jamal. I can't praise him enough, he was so kind, and very gentle. He explained everything every step of the way, and put me at ease throughout.
The nursing staff were very pleasant and also very professional.
Thank you all.

Being somebody who doesn’t usually write reviews, I feel compelled to write this after the pleasant experience I had today at Baxendale Dental. I hadn’t been to a dentist in at least a couple of years, so nervous would be an understatement of how I felt in the waiting room. The place itself is clean and well presented- I was told by the friendly receptionist I would be seen by Dr Din. Immediately I thought of a scary character from a James Bond movie- this didn’t do well for my nerves! However I was greeted, within minutes, by the man himself. A confident yet very friendly young man who instantly gave me the feeling I was in good hands. We spoke at length about some interesting topics during my time with him. As well as, of course, starting my dental treatment. I’m looking forward to completing my treatment with him and catching up with him next week. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to any of my family members or friends. So thanks guys and girls! See you soon!

First time visiting this dentist today with Shammi, as a paying customer I expect the full service to be given. No scale or polish, just a few prods on my teeth and an x-ray. When questioned regarding scale and polish as it should be done on the nhs band I pay for and that I have always had it from my previous dentist, Shammi suggested I stay with my other dentist or Pay extra money for it. How rude, this dentist is all about the money clearly. This one star review is just for dentist I dealt with and not for the reception ladies who were lovely.

I had my first experience here last week and I cannot fault them. The receptionists were polite and helpful, the dental nurse professional, warm chatty and the dentist himself was fantastic. Very impressed and I would highly recommend the practice.

I had an appointment to see the dentist, unfortunately I forgot my money to pay the dentist, the receptionist asked the dentist if he will see me, he refused and told me to pre book again. I told the receptionist that I have waited a long time to get an appointment and I will go home and get the money, she said thats not an option because he has got other patients to see, she said I can pay by phone when I get home which I agreed but she said they close at 5pm, so that was not an option so I said I will drop the money off on Tuesday (because Monday was a bank holiday). That was not an option. I felt like it's all about money not patient care at all.
