I am absolutely disgusted with this practice from withholding vital medical treatment when a highly trained consultant has actually written to said surgery to advice that they do administer.
Couldn’t get hold of the practice manager as every time there is a problem she is conveniently in a meeting.
Completely disgusted at the waste in resources by having to contact an ambulance when the medical treatment needed is literally 2 minutes away. If I could give no stars I would.

I called the surgery Monday morning, secured an appointment that same morning. GP referred me for blood tests and scan both of which were done on premises today and it’s still only Tuesday! Amazing response time. Thank you.

If your thinking of using this doctors, stay well clear. I thought I was doing the right thing by moving over to this practice. How wrong was i.. Having suffered chronic pain now for the last 5 years, which has had a massive impact on my mental health. Recently have felt like I can’t take much more, so booked in with a doctor I don’t normally see, Dr ogo uzuzie, it’s been a few days since I’ve seen her, and I can honestly say I’m still feeling shocked and low from how she treated me. Her body language was shocking, folded arms looking down her nose at me, and even a few smirks when going through my notes. I even took my daughter in with me who also witnessed this. I’m not sure what her issue was but she clearly had one. I told her my symptoms, not one check was made. When leaving the room she never even said goodbye.. The most rude doctor I’ve ever seen in my life.. My only support network and I feel totally let down. I will no longer book any future appointments, and if I need help I will go to primary care. I have put in a written complaint about this matter.
Just because I have a long medical history, I still have feelings and expect to be treated fairly. Chronic pain is no joke!!

I’ve had several bad experiences with this practice and today was the last straw. I have now moved doctors because of the poor level of service.
What used to be a very good practice has now changed since covid and has gradually got worse.
They do not care about their patients whatsoever. If I could give zero stars I would.
Receptionists think they’re above anyone else and speak to you as though you’re something they have just trodden in.
Dr Moore is the worst doctor at the practice. I took my little girl in to be checked over and she was in her room for less than 30 seconds before sending us on our way. Almost laughing in our faces like we were over worried parents and my concerns were dismissed. Not understanding at all.
I had a serious health issue the beginning of 2023 which was missed completely and misdiagnosed by one of the doctors and I ended up in hospital with sepsis. I was seen by 3 doctors including Dr Moore (on the telephone) not sure how you are able to diagnose someone over the phone though, but as and when it suits the doctors they will suggest a phone call appointment. When I asked to speak with Dr Moore after I’d come out of hospital, as I wasn’t happy with being misdiagnosed, she was nicer than nice to me, which was completely out of character for her as she is usually very rude!
Avoid this practice like the plague!

My husband and I cannot rate our experiences with the doctors and the rest of the team at the practice highly enough. We enjoy the fact that most of whatever you need doing can be done via the NHS app and although we don’t visit the doctors very often, when we have, we have been impressed by their standard of care and efficiency.
