I sincerely hope the affected company can achieve a favourable resolution and recover what has been stolen.

My mum had the wonderful care and support from Olive care for nearly 4 years
I really don’t know where to start ! My mum was supported by an excellent team of well trained and caring staff who were consistently reliable and worked as a team
They adapted to mums changing needs over the years and their wonderful support and dedication allowed my mum to remain independent for as long as possible and stay in her own home
The care and support was person centred and always led by my mums changing needs and wants
Olive care staff supported my mum to pursue activities she enjoyed like cooking and gardening , keeping her mind and body active and to have a good quality of life
Mum always had the same pool of staff many that she had for the whole four years, that knew her well and any new staff were shadowed by existing ones so that the care was always consistent
Mum was always respected in her home , staff kept it clean and tidy and how mum wanted it
I’m blown away by the fact that over the last two years of a global pandemic mums care was not affected , mum continued to have all the care and support she needed and things did not really change for her and I’m so grateful for that the staff coped through all of this supported by an amazing manager who quietly behind the scenes organised and kept everything running smoothly indeed the manager and director of the company were always approachable and kept us as a family informed and included at all times
All changes in mums health or wellbeing were actioned on immediately and they liased well with other professionals
The care support and kindness given by all at Olive care will never be forgotten it allowed my mum to have the ‘best quality of life ‘ possible and stay in her own home , which made such a difference to mum and also to us as a family
I can’t recommend Olive care highly enough ! If anyone would like to chat to me regarding our experience if they are embarking on the need of care for themselves or loved ones I would be happy to help
