Could anything be done about GPs phone appointments
I had a text at 9am to say I would get a GP telephone appointment and I waited in all day when I had three places to go to and you cant always answer your mobile. straight away and then you have missed your call , it is now going up to 5pm and it is to late for what I had to do
This has happened a few times
Is it not possible to get a time or a am or pm appointment

Thank you to the staff especially reception who have been so helpful. I am a carer and the staff really helped me with setting up appointments, manage his prescriptions and make referrals. The Focused Care Practitioner was a great help with arranging a home visit when he was too poorly to get to the surgery.

Awful experience overall. I waited an hour for a five-minute check-up with no seats available, and speaking with the GP was just as bad. They were unhelpful and completely wasted my time. It feels like they'll let anyone become a GP these days.

They removed me from surgery. I have to find other surgery. They said you missed appointments which were never booked. Completely pathetic . I talked with Asian receptionist and she was extremely rude. She couldn’t prove that I missed and obnoxious. They have no humanity. I wanna swear

Such a shame this medical getting worse and worse i had phone appointment made by system with a Gp and i phone up to confirm week early on the i have waited all day along and no phone call or any response i have lost one day at work not earning and what i got nothing. as per role of surgery if you late at appointment you wont be seen but other hand you some more 30 minutes and nothing and just word sorry im running late. Practice management need sort out that other i make this practice to shut down or run by honest and loyal person.

I’d leave 0 stars if I could! My niece plucked up courage for weeks to go and speak to the GP (Dr Hasan) in confidence without a parent, she was belittled and made to feel worse coming out than what she did going in! Appalling service and will be speaking to the practice manager over this!
