If I could I would put a 0 star!
Worst practice ever. On the phone for hours to then be told appts have run out!
Always messing about with medications and prescriptions and never helpful !

The service that my wife and myself have received from this practise has always been first class. The staff on reception have always been friendly and helpful. The treatment provided by the Doctors has also been excellent. We are very happy with the service provided. Many thanks!

Oldham Family Practice is the Worst in the Whole Wide World. They're inhumane, ALWAYS UNAVAILABLE, their doctors inaccessible, their staff inhumane and unprofessional. Due to their incompetence, they negligently moved me to another family practice and accused me of moving myself there. I've tried many times to reach a Doctor, yet all to no avail. They always direct me to their website, yet, which even though I visit the said site, they won't still let me speak to a Doctor. UK GP system is the worst in the whole world...they don't deserve a Star ⭐

Receiption are unhelpful and rude! If you have any tests, you have to go through hell and back to get anywhere with it. Even then the receiptionist will not book you an appointment! Good luck seeing a doctor! A joke of a GP surgery.

As always very friendly, confident and knowledgeable reception staff who could not do enough to help me. The professionalism that they show is something we should all adhere to.
I have now been with this surgery for a number of years and not once have they let me down in fact I'd say they've gone above and beyond what they are expected to do to assist me.

This medical practice is absolutely joke....
First to get appointment is most closed to miraculous second I was diagnosed with skin cancer so I was asking to provide me a medical letter with diagnosis . I was asking to pay £25 with I'm fine with that but my letter it was never giving to me every time I'm going back and showing my receipt for payment and asking reception staff. There always saying is not ready.... I'm waiting for this letter now over 9 weeks.... Even I get call on 26th April saying later is ready to collect . I went today on 3th may reception staff same old story is not ready....

I’ve never experienced humiliation and blocked access to care as I have by the receptionist. If you want antagonising for your mental health needs then by all means register here. Formal complaint and reported my experience to Healthwatch

Rang Oldham Family Practice thus morning at 8am on behalf of my elderly mother. Spoke to a very helpful receptionist. My request was delt with and a phone call from a doctor. All done by 9am. Great service.
