I have been at this medical clinic for many years and have never had a bad experience. The receptionists are very nice and helpful. My children were often sick and I never had to wait long for an apointment. I am very happy with this service.

I have been with this surgery for 22 years, and the reception staff have always been exceptionally helpful, often arranging same-day emergency appointments for both myself and my children. It’s a wonderful practice with efficient service. All the doctors are attentive and supportive, and Dr. Gohil is truly a gem.
Dr. Herbert is one of the best doctors I’ve ever encountered. She’s like an angel in human form. Just talking to her makes half of your worries disappear, thanks to her empathetic nature and polite manner. What a truly wonderful person. God bless her.

I was coughing very badly for more few months and my chest started to pain every time I coughed. Therefore I thought I may have an infection. I spoke to the doctor at this GP for an urgent blood test appointment and he was happy to offer however it was overridden by reception staff by saying it was not urgent. I was treated like an inhuman. Moreover I received a letter stating that they would remove me from surgery because I arguing with reception. I was only making the case that my chest was painful.

Does the reception staff have more knowledge or a doctor?

This happened again when the nurse offered an appointment but it was cancelled by reception staff again overriding the nurse's decision.

I've been with this GP for a year and to be honest I've never had a problem with them. The receptionists are always responsive and I've always been able to book an emergency appointment when needed. I do recommend them!

I have attended the surgery for many years. Myself and my children have always been treated with respect and care, I have been supported above and beyond expectations. Particularly by Dr Gohil, she has seen myself and my children grow and shows great understanding and compassion, for which I am truly grateful, also, Clair, on reception has been a godsend, she is always very helpful and accommodating and treats each patient as an individual. Adina, the social practitioner has also been extremely helpful and has signposted me to other very good agencies. Many thanks to all at the surgery. Highly recommended

I couldn’t be more grateful with my GP, I have joined this surgery in 2011 and I’ll will be forever grateful for Dr Gohil and all the staff .
My son was born in 2012 , he has special needs and my life became a rollercoaster , but with all the support and help from the surgery things got much easier to deal with . They are great , always happy to help my family .
Thank you for everything you have done and still do for us .
