I have been the maintenance officer at Old Norse Lodge since March 2024. The home is built to an excellent standard and there has been no expense spared, in the build, decor and furniture. The care that l see daily is excellent, the staff are friendly and caring. The management team is excellent and nothing is to much trouble, for them, they are always approachable, with any concerns you may have.

I’d just like to say a big thank you to all the wonderful staff. My nan stayed here and I couldn’t be more happy with the care and compassion she received whilst she was here. My family couldn’t have picked a better place for her. She ate very well, did plenty of activities she enjoyed, my nan always looked amazing and her room was immaculate, and she bonded very well with the staff and other residents. I was really resenting putting her in another care home after the one she stayed in before this but the staff, especially Charlene put my mind to ease when she first joined and after time I could see everything Charlene had said was 100% true. Thank you to Old Nors Lodge for just being absolutely brilliant all round!

What a fabulous place to live with compassionate staff , visited here for work, the team are very welcoming and cooperative. The home is fantastic and an asset to the local community we are very lucky to have such place with experienced, knowledgeable staff and management to care for your loved ones, I would have no second thoughts to put my own parents in such caring hands. 5🌟

I have recently visited old Norse lodge and would just like to say how fabulous I found the experience. I found Old Norse lodge team to be attentive and passionate, the home is vibrant and welcoming. I'd like to thank the residents for the ball game I really did enjoy this time with them. Can't wait to revisit in the future.
