Came here for a few years was sign posted to places by OFF CENTRE, and told I will be in good hands because “off centre” will take care of my referrals and contracts with the external organisations that were meant to help
Me, I got abused and mistreated in the new places that OFFCENTRE SIGN POSTED ME
TO! I was suppose to get help and needed up traumatised and hurt.
And because “OFFCENTRE” failed to notify me that they didn’t properly take care of
My referrals etc and just left me at this new place after taking me their initially (Elizabeth took me their initially)

when i received abuse in the new places, I tried to complain about the abuse I received BUT they used the fact that off-centre didn’t complete a full contract with them, and stopped sending invoices etc for my sessions and doing their part (therefore their was no proof I was reffered! Which allowed stupid men in the other organisation to get away with abusing me -

I’m the one who had to go to the police and deal with long term trauma at age 16-18 alone, traumatised, abused and this is what off centre does, sign posts me, takes me somewhere, introduces me their, saids all the referrals are complete, I get abused in this new place, and when I ask for help theirs none from the new place or offcentre!

Because off centre, didn’t do their part or fulfill their promise and responsibility-

I wouldn’t be suffering if I never met this place which offcentre took me to! Awful! especially certain staff named Elizabeth who thinks it’s funny to
Laugh at service users and judge me for my appearance (she shouldn’t be working in a help service if she
Lacks empathy and acts ghetto and ratchet) towards vulnerable
People. She lacks the qualities for the role and don’t understand why she did what she did including mistreatment apparently she thinks she’s a bully which proves how small her brain is and proves why I got treated bad as she didn’t do her job with my referrals etc

Very helpful place for the youngsters to go to for clubs and help, advice on everyday issue's they may be encountering. Very helpful staff so friendly and welcoming.

Had a couple sessions with a lady here, then got a letter with a sentence saying they were taking my name off their register because she was unavailable instead of appointing me someone else which was a bit careless on their end but it is a business.
