Brilliant staff and equipment are mostly modern with digital screens. You can book a trainer who is happy to help with training plans. Not as busy as mist other gyms in Salisbury. You will need to check their opening times, though. Located inside Salisbury District Hospital and has a fair amount of parking space close to it. There's also wheelchair accessible parking and entrance.

I've been going here on and off since about 2018, although I had a long break from March 2020 until mid 2023. Thankfully my membership details were still on the system so I'm back and doing my best to attend regularly. I haven't visited any other gyms but have always found this one to be friendly and helpful with enough activities and machines to minimize waiting (there's always something else I can do). Overall it's near to work, a reasonable price and works for me.

Friendly good range of classes, gym equipment and swimming pool. I always enjoy my visits. Good for wellbeing and mental health. Recommend Membership.

Fantastic, very clean. £17 a month for a referral monthly swim pass. Staff are lovely.
