I joined Ocean Healthcare 10 months ago and I believe I have found my “forever” job! The company values shine through in everything they do and staff wellbeing is taken seriously. There is a strong emphasis in delivering a good quality service delivered by an experienced, skilled and competent workforce. Probably one of the only providers left who delivers a full face to face induction and training program in the dedicated training academy. I would highly recommend to anyone want to work in health and social care.
