I would just like to say a Huge Thank you for the content.
I feel that you have captured my thoughts, Facts and recommendations fully.

You completely understood my feelings thoughts and considerations with my ability and requirement to return to work. It was so refreshing actually speak to someone who understood my illness, and how major an event it was, also the effect it will have on the rest of my life.

I will recommend your service to others and urge them to be honest about their feelings.

I concur that this is a Service for the Employee and not for the Employer. It is All about you the Employee.
