After working for an actual company in support work for 3 years, I had worked alongside Ocala when covering shifts with agency. I needed something more flexible for when I go to university in September. Ocala were really supportive of my university and there is no pressure to pick up shifts if your unable to. Since joining Ocala I've gained that work life balance again and have been able to enjoy a lot more family time and also make time for my studying. There is a good flow of shifts offered each week and never the guilt if you say you can't do a shift. They are really supportive and 100% support their staff in every area possible.
