Dr Lancaster cared for my dad so well in his final illness - we appreciated how much he went out of his way to ensure dad was well looked after and had everything he needed. The reception staff were also great on the phone when we needed help.

Had a terrible experience last friday with dr lancaster that has left me with a large bruise, i have launched complaints and so far the surgery has still refused to stop this doctor from accessing my files.
Just to clarify this is not my gp, just a random doctor who texted me amd made me come in under the threat to delay my healthcare after id just had a specialist appointment requesting referral for imaging, which had been suggested previously by my gp.

Appalling frontline staff (reception) really need to work on their people skills Two week wait to register. More likely to get an audience with the pope than get past reception. Unsympathetic and totally uninterested Avoid this practice. If you’re unwell you really wouldn’t want to be confronted with this lot of reception staff.
Can’t vouch for medical staff as I never got past the reception team

I had a medical appointment booked for yesterday at 10:00 , the appointment has been cancelled and they told me this just at 8:00. I went there and I told the receptionist that the cure that the doctor prescribed me 2 weeks before was not working and that I needed to see urgently a doctor and she told me just that I could book an appointment and the first appointment available was after two weeks. I went away and I went to the JR and they visited me after 1 hour on emergency. I will change Gp as soon as possible.
