I’ve had a few sports massage sessions with Alan and I can’t recommend him enough! He’s very welcoming and friendly, talks you through exactly what he’s doing so you can have a better understanding of your own body and I always leave feeling great.

I just had a great cracking with Karl as well and I can’t believe the results, an injury I’ve had since I was 14 which I thought was irreversible has been basically fixed in 15 minutes!

He recommended I do my follow up with him then see Alan straight after for even better results so you can bet that’s what I’m gonna do

They say it’s all downhill once you hit 30, but not if you attend Oakwell Health!
I’ve played golf for years and after developing some hip pain, Karl cracked me back into shape! I’ve also had some sports massage sessions with Alan, of which have been a dream! After both sessions I can truly say that I feel 21 again! The sessions are conducted very professionally, and are also highly informative! All staff are very friendly and welcoming at Oakwell, including Chloe the office dog! What a dream team! A huge thanks for all your help and hard work!

I’ve been coming to see Karl since 2018 for various issues and I always leave feeling great.
The treatments themselves are fantastic & have definitely helped me with my lower back & shoulder pain.
Karl referred me to see Alan Goodenough, for a sports massage, regarding my recent shoulder pain as it needed a combination of treatments to remedy the issue for the long term. Alan was excellent.
Like Karl, Alan talked me through everything that he would be doing during the massage, why he was doing certain stretches, what it was doing to my muscles & how it would help me long term.
I cannot recommend Karl & Alan enough.

I have suffered foot problems for many years and was recommended Karl at Oakwell Health. Not only did he fix my feet but also found other problems that I was suffering with too. Alan (sports massage) is also getting me back on track and between them both I'm beginning to feel that I'm slowly getting my life back. Sarah who's on reception is a lovely, friendly and very helpful lady too. Highly recommend.

I was dubious about it and delayed going. After one visit all my aches pains and niggles have pretty much gone. Knocked at least 10 years off my body. Will be back for sessions 2 and 3 asap.

The combination of Karl & Alan has made huge improvements to a long term shoulder injury which others have failed to correctly diagnose and treat. And with a friendly, direct and very professional approach. I highly recommend their services and expertise.

I booked in with Karl, after getting no where with doctor and hospital appointments. I was struggling with being able to take a deep breath and had unusual chest pain that was restricting me day to day, since my visits I am able to breath normally my pain is gone and I overall feeling much better. His time and patience getting down to the source of my problems was greatly appreciated, I would highly recommend.
