Back and to for over a year, struggling with mental health and perimenopause. Dr Meda has the bedside manner of a spade, she has absolutely no empathy and doesn't listen to a word I say, just wants to rush me off the phone. She's made a awful experience even worse and that's why I'm changing doctors, absolutely had enough.

Discharged from LHCH 2 weeks ago after triple bypass and valve replacement. Still can't get my new meds from them even though the list was sent the day I was Discharged which the practice deny! Emailed them the list personally, my wife and daughter called in to the practice and I still can't get any joy! Meds are due to run out and they're for heart failure yet the practice say ring back Tuesday. Dr.Meda is unfit to practice and should be struck off! Doesn't care 1 bit about patients and I could have died twice because of her uncaring nature, shouldn't be allowed to call herself a doctor!

I moved to this surgery about 3 years ago and they have been awful the whole time. The reception team are rude, there's only one GP there who doesn't care at all, will fob you off in any way possible, and won't even call you half the time when you have a telephone appointment, and instead will just leave a message with the reception team!

I would not even give this practice 1 star! I just moved from this practice today.

The reception staff are terrible they have a bad attitude and make you feel uncomfortable and stupid when you talk to them!

There is only 1 GP at this practice DR Meda and she is the worst GP in the world she should not even be a GP! She fobs you off half the time. If you fill out an online form to speak with her rather than calling and she doesn’t even call you back nor is she any help if you’re not feeling great!

Absolute horrible doctor’s surgery and staff!

NEVER have I experienced anything like I did today . I was went in to see doctor meda with my 4 year old son who’s not well to walk into he room to find DR meda sat with her mobile phone out waving a bad review I’d left about her shocking services last time the only reason I accepted the appointment with her this morning was because the wait in the walk in was to long and as I said my sons not well , her attitude is disgusting and the surgery are no help when u call up to sort the matter out . She does not listen or understand when your trying to explain why your there and has no passion for her job.

Just recommended Oaks place surgery to a friend. Never had any issues with the practice. Easy to get prescriptions, appointments. It was easy to register and easy to get an access to online appointments and medical records. Reception staff are friendly and always try to help, queries are resolved quickly. They answer the phone quickly(there is lunch break but the machine tells you). I am a patient of the practice from about 4 years.

Leaving one star because I can’t choose none. Absolutely disgraceful drs survey reception staff are RUDE! And dr meda is shocking how she is a dr is beyond me. She has no compassion or understanding for anything. How she hasn’t been sacked yet I do not know! The amount of complains been made against her and all these reviews are clearly going unnoticed. I will be leaving this drs and do not recommend anyone joining.
