I went in on Monday to see a nurse called Chloe to talk about my dad, who is very poorly. She was amazing, listened to me and asked me how I was.
Dad’s doctor visited the house on Friday ( sorry can’t remember his name🤦‍♀️). He was so friendly, met some of family, had a chat with dad and said to call if we needed anything. Thank u everyone at oaks

I have just transferred to the Oaks & use the e consult option which has been great. I had a blood test done at the surgery this week & the nurse was amazing (thanks Charlotte) within 48 hours I had a call from the Dr & a prescription was at the chemist within the hour. Great service

I had an appointment for flu jab last Saturday for11.15. The queue was very long and it took an hour to get to the surgery. It was mostly old people. Too long for them to queue. Good job it wasn't raining. Can't see the point in having an appointment. Not impressed

Two days in a row, waiting for an hour each time on the phone, just to be told we're sorry we can't help today because of staff sickness. "You have to use the e-consult", which seems to close after 45 minutes due to high demand, and for me personally, always tells me to call the GP......this practice needs to sort itself out.....

Appointments have been timely. The process is very efficient. I found the whole team, medical and admin to be very helpful and caring. Thank you. The only problem is the car park with some drivers preventing both ingress and egress.

Unfortunately I didn't have my problem solved as once again I spoke to the same person, and as once again she didn't know! Had to go back again and again to actually speak to someone who worked in the office, not the reception, who told me something completely different, that the person on reception didn't know!! I obviously understand these young girls are in training, but a particular person certainly doesn't have any empathy. It's so hard to actually tell her how to do her job. Not happy.

A tough visit made easy by Chloe, what a valued member of the team she is. I felt at ease, I didn’t feel rushed when I was talking. I genuinely felt I was being listened too and she had empathy. I left feeling better than I did when I walked in. Thank you

If there was a zero or minus zero star then that is what I would give. The most unhelpful practice it has ever been my misfortune to be attached to. Impossible to call, when someone answers they are generally unhelpful and bordering on rude (not everyone I hasten to add) Customer facing staff on reception are overly familiar (I am not their “Sweetheart or Lovey”). When you are deemed worthy of an appointment they are invariably late (not the GP) Recently saw an ACP, he did not have the courtesy to ask me if I was happy to have a medical student sit in and examine me ! He then told me my prescription would be ready in a couple of hours, 5 1/2 hours later and two further trips to the surgery it was not . Finally got it 15 minutes before the Pharmacy closed. Don’t get me started on the Phlebotomist! 🤬🤬
