Phone call taken from someone close to me, who has just moved here, had a baby under 2 weeks ago and with a history of incredibly severe social anxiety, which should be on file here, was spoken to so very rudely about an appointment that was missed due to the anxiety, was also 10 minutes late for an different appointment for my son and told he wasn't able to be seen for 3 weeks, even though it was empty. Switching doctors and will never be back, but thank you for making things worse for all involved.

Ive been going to this doctors for most of my life and can say it used to be an amazing practice but the past few years it's gone down hill. If you want an appointment you have to go onto ask my gp which is only open 7 till 10 and even then you might not hear back for ages. I had a blood test done in November waited to hear back for the results and got fed up as it was late January so I rang them they said the results had been there since the end of November and they didn't even bother to ring me two months I waited for the results and if you call back for results it's always, call back between this time and that time. The doctors aren't that great either feels like they just want to get you in and out ASAP and there is one respsonist who needs to learn some manners. id suggest going to a different GP unless this one is close to you and you have no other way of getting to another gp. It's a shame as this was a really good gp

Avoid at all costs! Dr's here don't believe what specialists say and refuse your medication. Twice this has happened, once with mental health medication and now with Parkinson's medication.. A suggestion would be not to let patients go Without vital medication due to Dr's politics.. And since when was a Dr above a specialist? This place has fell to pot

Absolutely diabolical service! The reception team are very good but that's as far as it's goes! Drs don't read emails from specialists or hospitals and argue the medication prescribed even leaving people without medication for weeks on end due to there bad communication skills! AVOID

This GP surgery is awful. If I could give no stars I would. After so many bad experiences I have given up hope of any change. The receptionist (bar 1 younger lady) are all unhelpful and down right rude. The limitation of only being able to book AskMyGp appointments from 7-10 is a disgrace. What about the people that work those hours? Even after putting in a request you are left waiting for a ridiculous amount of time. I was left for over two weeks, even after multiple calls to reception and being fobbed off. And finally leaving me to having an absolute breakdown on the phone. I finally got a call back from a doctor. Both my young son and myself have been left with no medical invention from primary care which then lead to us in hospital. I don’t know why I haven’t left this surgery years ago. I guess it was for a hope of change? But nothing. Today I have reached my limit! Leaving an asthmatic without antibiotics with an already diagnosed chest infection from the hospital is an utter disgrace. Being told they have an appointment in 9 days time?!
I will now be leaving this practice and registering somewhere else.

And before the surgery reply’s to this review to write a complaint.. I have multiple times and nothing has changed. And clearly from the reviews others have too! When will you start taking on board what everyone is saying?

AVOID this place..I had my GP in this surgery, with Dr.Lashbrooke .In the 8 years I was registered there I met him once, when I needed some medication I've been refused. When I asked to have a blood test he asked me a lot of question ..I wanted to have a blood test because I have the cholesterol and the tryglicerid level high.He sent me to the private practice..Just I don.t understand why I pay every month the tax..?At the reception the staff is very rude. After the 8 registered years there I had to change my GP.....and the surgery....
I do not recomand for anybody this surgery!!!
