I had a vasectomy yesterday at the clinic. Both of the surgeons were absolutely fantastic. The whole procedure from start to finish was pain free. Ive woke up this morning feeling fine I can only put that down to way the operation was done. Thank you, you were both great

We are so lucky to have such a Great Health Centre at Oakland's. Nice reception Staff and all the Doctors/Nurses are brilliant. The standard of Service throughout is 5*.

We’ve always had good care and treatment here. The surgery seems very well run and efficient. Yes you may have to wait for an appointment sometimes but that’s the world we live in. Sadly, we have to leave as we’ve moved out of the area. Today I realised I’d run out of my thyroid medication. I rang the new surgery we’d applied to locally to see if they could help - not interested - so I rang and was fortunate enough to speak to Caroline Shamsee, who immediately sent my prescription to a local chemist for me to walk down and collect. She made a stressful situation instantly calm and resolved. Thank you so much! We are sad to be leaving. Thank you all for your care in the last few years.

Dr. Alam is my doctor & always greets me with a smile, so important, I think. I have only been with this practice for a year & whoever I’ve had contact with has been very friendly & caring. The care I have had is second to none.

Excellent service, doctors, premises and more. I am leaving the area and am sure I will not find a surgery as good as Oaklands. The only thing that worries me is the government policy of asking doctors to employ people who have not had as much experience or training as the GPs to clear the backlog. It would be interesting to check back in a year's time to see if their feedback has as many 5 star reviews

I annoying,, wait until 3 weeks later go seem a at appointment for my doctor 👩‍⚕️ because booked a BSL interpreter so wait until 3 week!! 🤦‍♀️ I’m a deaf woman and BSL language, so was it’s hard for me I’m really was struggling with that it’s not unfair to me!!
