My experience with Dr. De was beyond unacceptable—it was traumatic. His examination of my baby was not only improperly conducted but also so rough and careless that it bordered on medical negligence. He showed no sensitivity to the fact that he was dealing with a small child, and his actions caused my baby to cry uncontrollably. What’s worse, his behavior was abusive, both in how he handled my baby and in the way he spoke to us as parents. My child has been emotionally affected by this experience, and it breaks my heart to see the distress caused by someone who should have been a caregiver.
Dr. De's complete disregard for my baby's well-being and his shocking lack of empathy and professionalism are alarming. His behavior was not just disrespectful but potentially harmful, leaving us feeling violated and powerless. I believe this goes far beyond poor service—this is a matter of medical negligence that needs serious attention. I strongly urge others to reconsider before entrusting their loved ones to his care, and I sincerely hope that his conduct is thoroughly reviewed and addressed by the appropriate authorities.

Having been at this surgery for over 20 years, my son and I have been thrown out of the surgery, on the back of the incredibly rude receptionist. Who can only be described obnoxious and an extreme jobs worth.

Dr Chowdury has been our GP for a very long time, and we absolutely adore him. However due to a misunderstanding between the receptionist and herself, SHE has removed us from the GP practise.

I provided proof of address to her myself, yet she claims that is not sufficient?

This will be escalated further.

She should not work at this practise, it is common knowledge amongst the residents that she is an absolute TYRANT with zero empathy, zero communication skills and thinks she is above the Dr.

Dr De is absolutely useless! Totally disregarding of my on going issues. Should be ashamed to call himself a "doctor". A very rude and embarrassing first experience seeing him and I'll be sure to make it the last! The man didn't even read my most recent medical history as to what's already occurred. Clueless is just one of many words i would use to describe him.

I do however commend the receptionists for being so friendly and helpful! Dr Chowdhury is the one I would recommend to see if you are planning a visit to this GP as he is very respectful and accommodating!

I sincerely hope this review gets read by the GP and they take on board the complaints being said about Dr De.

GP Negligence and Patient Safety

While Dr. Chowdhury and receptionists ladies are caring and good, I experienced instances of negligence and patient safety concerns during my appointments with GP called Dr. Bright. He failed to check my correct patient info on his computer and used another persons medical records during my appointment. This is the second time happened to me!!! Additionally, proper examination was lacking. He is still wearing PPE post covid and didn't even do physical examination. He is not fit to practice as GP. Such negligence can cause serious consequences. Not sure how he still has GMC.

My family are registered here . The receptionist i spoke with tried to dismiss my conversation as i was trying to explain about my concerns of how they are treating my grandchildren. I get the patient confidentiality rule but at least be polite .My 3 year old gran daughter was covered in a rash all over with a high temp and the rude receptionist referred my daughter in law to the chemist for my gran daughter. i don't think the receptionist knows what she's doing to be honest. Rude and never any appointments and doctors don't always call you back when you have an appointment. Im given this place no stars and would advise to replace the rude receptionist. Can't believe she actually gets paid to do a job that a cat or dog can do blind folded. Nhs are supposed to provide care and help to everyone but being at this surgery feels like you have to beg. I will tell my family to find another surgery as this one is useless. The reception staff make it bad for the doctors.

Dr Day is awful! I spoke to him when I felt like I was dying he just said I need to stay home, there was nothing he could do for me and I probably have a virus then hung up the phone on me! I ended up in hospital with really bad flu on constant drips as I was low on everything.
