I am one of the carers that is fairly new to this company. So far, I can say that my experience has been very positive. My colleagues have been lovely and respectful, which makes working alongside them enjoyable. The office staff seem to respect their carers, and often share their appreciation in meetings. This also makes working for Nwando more enjoyable because it makes me feel valuable and in turn earns my respect towards the company. I have been blessed with wonderful clients so far, and I am enjoying learning about the needs of every new client. There's good communication between office staff. And it seems that they really care about their service users. It's a been a pleasure to work for Nwando so far

I would like to thank Nwando agency for the ongoing care that they give my husband on a daily basis. The carers are kind and patient, and it works well for us to have a small team of carers coming to my husband each day which helps us all.

At times it has been a huge help to draw on some of the carers medical knowledge from various overseas qualifications and their caring experience.

The Agency are always available to help even with out of hours queries and have supported if I occasionally need to change a time the carer visits in order to fit in with my other plans for the day.
