Nutriri really is the way forward for living your life in way that is positive & uniquely yours. They’ve helped me become not only more mindful but to reshape my thoughts about myself. Negative self thoughts only serve to harm us. No more spending money on simply ‘jumping on scales’ to only be disappointed most weeks! Being happy with yourself first is the beginning of a great journey to achieving whatever dreams for your body, mind & life you have! It’s all intrinsically connected ?

I've been a serial dieter all my adult life. I have gone to diet clubs and paid once a week to be shamed or cheered about what a scales said. I've even let it define my worth (what was I thinking?!). What's Nutriri about? Freedom! Freedom from shame, scales and restriction diets being your starting point for self/health improvement. Nutriri meet you where you are and show an understanding that is sadly lacking at diet clubs. Starting from a point of kindness and compassion with no judgment is definitely what works for me (and I hope for many others) when it comes to improving my relationship with food, exercise and self care. My motivations have changed and come from a place of love - thanks to Nutriri! I'm a work in progress, I will always be and that's OK.

Nutriri has guided me to be able to love the skin that I’m in. It educates people and helps others to understand how to be the best they can be. It’s a beautiful feeling to have freedom from diet culture and never having to be shackled to scales anymore. A fantastic platform for all shapes and sizes ?

Nutriri is for anyone who has a complicated or upset view of their body and their eating habits. It is a group which promotes appreciation of this amazing, unique vehicle that is our body; to learn to treat it well and mindfully.
A group which counters the 'should do' and 'must be' that our culture bombards us with. We need to realise and SEE each and everyones uniqueness and marvel at that. I recommend to all.

Recently I attended various sessions of the "As You Are" online summit live and others I watched back on the recordings. There was a wide variety of sessions and speakers and was great value. It was educational and informative about a wide range of issues to do with accepting ourselves as we are and health at every size. The range of sessions was great - some interactive like yoga to the great talk from Dr Angela Meadows which was really enlightening.

A great summit. Thank you
